Hellooooo you beautiful creatures!
Today we will look a little at a thing I have a hard time doing. Drinking lemon water.
I usually do this when I feel like I have some time for it, if not, I’ll forget about it because it is a lot of work (well compared to just drinking regular tap water).
Making the lemon infused water isn’t really hard, you just have to cut your lemon and put some of the slices in either a glass, water bottle or a can (I usually use half a lemon)
The hard part though, is having to clean it. You don’t want old lemon slices to stay and make the water go bad. I know, I know. This isn’t THAT hard, I’m just really lazy 😀
Another way to do it, is to just squeeze the lemon juice into the water (which is muuuuuch easier)
So today to motivate you guys- and myself too, I will tell you some of the great benefits of WHY I drink lemon water. (Hot lemon water is also great since it brings out more of the vitamins and benefits of the lemon)
- Lemon water gives your skin a great glow
- Helps with your digestion and stimulates liver
- Helps detoxify your skin and body
- Can help ease an upset stomach
- Flush toxins out of your system. Yep in ALL ways.
- Might lead to younger looking skin and less wrinkles
- Boosts your energy and mood
- Boosts your immune system
- Might help you loose weight. The Pectin Fiber in Lemons assists in fighting your hunger cravings
- Might reduce anxiety and depression. Just the SCENT of lemons can have a calming effect
So as you can see, there is a LOT of great benefits of Lemon water, and I definitely have to drink it some more! For a starter, I’m drinking it every weekend morning to get me going.
Please notice though, that these benefits only occur after a longer use of drinking lemon water. You cant just drink it once and think- yup that’s is.
Some of the improvements I see and feel the most, is the energy and mood boost, a boost in my immune system(since I have a especially shitty immune system), the detoxifying in both body and skin, and how it helps with digestion.
So that’s all for today, I hope you got a little excited about joining the lemon water wagon, just like I will.
Last but not least. I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time ❤
Welcome back you beautiful people!
Today we will relax and take a deep breath, because today, we will talk about some of the ways there are to destress!
I myself tend to get pretty tense pretty fast, and don’t really feel that I am stressed until it is too late. If you know that feeling and are at least a little like that too, please read on. 😊
Here are some ideas that I use, when I try to destress:
- Listen to your favorite music-preferable something that makes you happy, or have some relaxing tunes
- Take a walk outside in the fresh air
- Do some easy stretches
- Read a book you really enjoy
- Close your eyes and count to 10 (or 50 or 100, depending on how stressed you are. Remember to breathe slowly in the meantime)
- Write in your journal about all that stresses you out, or just whatever you have on your mind
- Write down 10 things you are grateful about
- Doodle or draw something
- Call a friend
- Disconnect from al technology (if possible) for a little while
- Watch a funny movie or video that can make you laugh
- Practice yoga
- Do something nice for someone else
- Take a nice and warm shower
- Hug someone
- Play with a pet
- Organize or clean (I do this a lot when I’m stressed, both because I like doing it, but it also gives me a feeling that there’s actually something I can control myself)
- Drink a cup of tea- preferable your favorite or chamomile
- Give yourself a massage-or ask for one from someone you live with (for example)
- Sit in the sun
- Look out the window and do some people looking
- Eat a little bit of chocolate
- Make lists of what has to happen (this helps me see clearly what I have to prioritize)
That’s it for today, I hope this was able to help some of you! 😊
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time ❤
Up on the youtube channel, there has been uploaded a new video (finally).
This one is a small skittles experiment, that is pretty fun and entertaining (and kid friendly)
You can find it here
That’s all for this time! I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time 🙂
Welcome, welcome, welcome 🙂
We have been talking about health, goals, calendars and more. Today we will look at the 3 last pages in my bullet journal (maybe there will be more later, but for now we are done)
Today we have one page of different 30-day challenges that would be fun to try.
One page on what you can do when you are bored, and lastly the goals I have set for my blog (and other social media)
I know this was a short one, but as we neared the end, there was less and less to say, nontheless I hope you enjoyed my bullet journal journey and got inspired about maybe doing one yourself!
That’s all for this time. I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time! 🙂
Welcome back for another exciting part of my bullet journal journey!
Today we will look at some health and exercise pages in my bullet journal.
We have some health challenges, that are actually different 30 days challenges, that I’d like to try. I tried not to make them too hard, because then they are harder to keep doing (at least for me) but they will still make me feel awesome and cool afterwards.
Then we got the alfabeth workout. Which is the last two sides of my slide. They have been made, so that every letter in the alfabeth equals some type of short workout. Normally I was told that you try to go through all the alfabeth, and see how far you’d come, but I like making my things a little different.
That’s why you see some different. well. affirmations i guess, at the pages. I like to make a sentence to encourage and motivate myself, and then do the workout equal to all the letters. That way I feel even better about my hard but rewarding workout
That’s all for this time and I hope some of you were inspired to do some of these too! Next time will be the last one of my bullet journaling parts, so I hope you enjoyed the journey so far.
And for why I haven’t shown you every month? Well every month looks like the one I made for January except they have different type of washi tape on them. And the mood tracker is also the same for every month. (if you don’t remember how that looked, you can find it here )
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time 🙂
So today is part four of our bullet journaling series, and I have a lot to show you!
This time we will look at three things.
First is Level 10 life. Wich is a way to “track” how your life is doing in 10 different aspects. The goal is to reach level 10 in all categories. Underneath the “wheel” is the subjects that I aspire to reach level 10 in. And with them are some ideas, how to reach it.
Second is my wishlist and the gifts I’m going to give. This makes space for writing down and keeping track on what I really want, and the ideas I have for my loved ones presents.
Lastly for this time, is my travel diary. The different country flags have been drawn (well ag good as I was able to) and beside is a comment on when I was there, which city and what country is is. Some of them is not written, but that is simply because I do not remember the exact dates for when it was (or the exact city names)
That’s all for this time, and I’ll se you to the next bullet journaling part.
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time! 🙂
Welcome back guys, to todays bullet journal ideas.
I hope you all have had a great week so far, and I hope it just gets better 🙂
Today we will look a little at some of my reading and TV- watching goals (yes you are allowed to have those too) Beside this we will look at how I keep track at, and remember my passwords.
First are my books to read, and movies to watch. Second one is the way I keep track of the series I watch (I do watch more than this-but these are some of my favorite ones)
Lastly is a collection of my passwords and usernames on different platforms 🙂
That’s all for today guys, I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time 🙂
