I’m one of those who suddenly just have no motivation for what I am doing. No matter if it’s exercise, work or a new hobby.
So I’ve chosen to share my tips about what I do to stay motivated, with you guys. I hope you’ll be able to use some of my tips, and if you got some yourself, feel free to share in the comments! 🙂
First of! I always plan it forward. I make a short list of what I have to do and want to do. I usually make these at night so they are ready in the morning.
Listen to music. This makes everything easier to do. Try creating a playlist with motivating songs or songs that makes you happy, and just enjoy. I especially like listening to Little Mix or Pentatonix. Especially these awesome songs:

Don’t set impossible standards. Sometimes setting small goals is better than setting big impossible goals. Just do your best- and I’ll be proud of you ❤
Break big tasks into smaller tasks. That way it seems easier to manage and you’ll have a more positive mindset about doing these.
Picture yourself succeeding. Not much to say here. When you picture yourself succeeding its easier to feel motivated.
