For today, we’ll do something that has been a longe time since we did last!


Today will be a recipe for a healthy and easy meal! That is, Avocado toast with eggs!

You’ll need:

  • 1 avocado (I know there’s two on the picture, but I ended up only using one 🙂 )
  • 2 eggs
  • Bread (I used 2 pieces whole grain)
  • Salt and pepper



I started toasting my bread and fried the eggs.



Afterwards I just cut the avocado, assemble everything on my bread and top it off with salt and pepper.



And there you go! A healthy and easy meal!
