One thing that is one of the most important things for me is…

 

 

Sleep.

Without sleep we would go absolutely crazy, feel angry, sullen and tired all the time. Especially the lasy few years, I have been thinking about all the reasons to get a good night’s sleep, and one of my first posts was even about sleep.

Today is just a reminder of my old post about sleep and the importance of it.
