Something else for once!
Today is a dry shampoo review, and to be honest, I don’t use dry shampoo that often, but when I do- THEY JUST HAVE TO WORK.
Therefore I am trying out a new dry shampoo today, the Cien Dry Shampoo in sweet pink that is supposedly fresh and fruity. Nothing there not to like!
Another dry shampoo we are trying is the California breeze that’s supposed to be clean and radiant.

Sweet pink
Their words:
My thoughts: Yay- dry shampoo. Apparently solvent abuse can kill instantly (that’s what the package said) so thanks for the warning.
Applying: Dang easy to apply. Just shake, spray 20 cm from scalp, massage in, wait, then brush. Easy peasy.
Feel: Well, the fact that my scalp became completely white was kind of funny- What’s not funny you might ask? The fact that it started itching so much I had to both shower and oil my scalp…
Packaging: Cute and fresh packaging, pretty standard for cheap dry-shampoo.
Scent: Smells like a “flowery” deodorant
Labels: None to be found
Ingredients: I got no idea what’s supposed to be in dry shampoo, so we leave this empty.
Claims: Well I cannot find any claims, but I can tell you: it did the job. With a lot of itching and colour attached.
Price: Sketchy cheap but I don’t remember the price.
Will I use it again:
NOPE. I am so sorry to my scalp for making it go through torture, it will not happen again (at least not intentionally.
California Breeze
Their words:
My thoughts: Damn I hope my scalp survives this one!
Applying: As before. Just shake, spray 20 cm from scalp, massage in, wait, then brush. Easy peasy.
Feel: I was so impressed! This one did absolutely zero. (beside spraying air out)
Packaging: Cute and fresh packaging, pretty standard for cheap dry-shampoo.
Scent: Smells like… a dry bar of soap.
Labels: None to be found
Ingredients: I got no idea what’s supposed to be in dry shampoo, so we leave this empty.
Claims: Didn’t live up to any claims, because I found none.
Price: Sketchy cheap but I don’t remember the price.
Will I use it again: Nope, the only thing it did was spray air, so I wouldn’t really call myself impressed.
So this was definitely two misses in a row, and I am so NOT impressed.
Instead, let’s think happy thoughts!
What is your favourite dry shampoo?
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time! 😊
My all-time favorite dry shampoo is Batiste (either original or tropical – love that scent 😊) and it’s also my favorite to travel with. Never tried anything from Cien except for a nail polish remover and it was pretty much like any other remover. Thank you for this review!

Anytime! I agree so much, my to-go is The batiste dry-shampoo in blush. I just love it and it never lets me Down!😊
I have tried a few things from Them but it mostly feels pretty meh. I have never found anything from Them that just does amazingly (unfortunately)
