Did you know, that 95% of all women feels guilty at least once a day.
That is how the I’m Feeling Myself Goodiebox leaflet starts.
I guess most of us, feel that way at least once in a while, whether you be man, woman or anything in between (you choose).
I, myself am truly exceptional at feeling guilty. Being especially sensitive, I can often wonder; should I have done this except of that? Would it have been better if I said like this? I bet it is my fault they don’t feel good.
Feeling guilty is easy, we see it all around. Handing the kids an iPad because we don’t care to play. Eating fast food because we don’t want to cook. Going to an event that we don’t want to go to, just because it feels bad to say no.
The leaflet ends with the well written words that all of us could use once in a while:
There is enough people out there who tells you what to do, who to be and what to wear. Forget it! It is time for being sorry, not sorry. This Goodiebox goes all in on feeling yourself. So what do you want? What makes you happy?
Even if you don’t care for the products in this box, at least ask yourself these questions. That is all I ask of you today.
As a good influence (haha at least trying too) I will answer these now, and you can think about it until the end of this review.
- What do I want?
- What makes me happy?
I want to be able to live my life by my own rules, doing what I enjoy doing.
Not necessarily all the time; not everyone can get the perfect job and the perfect everything.
But it is important for me to sprinkle my own happiness here and there wherever I go, not being weighted down by having a “horrible life”
With horrible life I mean that you can often be stuck in your own thoughts about how things could be better and your job suck, and your kids and your husband, and so on… Enjoy the good things, and take a step back to breathe. Are the bad things really so bad?
Fortunately a lot of things makes me happy. My boyfriend. My family and friends.
Being able to work on my blog and YouTube channel, kind of makes me feel like my own boss.
Reading a great book, learning something new and taking care of my mental health are also high on the list; together with being creative- in any way possible.
Before getting into the review; as always you can also watch the review on my YouTube Channel 😉
Moshi Moshi Mind – Mind Roller – Double Sided Jade Roller

Their words:
Moshi Moshi Mind made a mind roller of jade, that helps tightening and toning your face muscles, minimize pores and much more. A easy and relaxing treat that your face will thank you for! Use it 5-10 minutes a day. You can use it with or without serum and creme, and massage outwards and upwards. You can clean it with warm water and soap and let it air dry.
The roller is made of natural stone which means no one has 100% the same diameter. Pretty cool, right? That also means that it can be hard to get the stone to fit the brass part perfectly- also because jade stone has a high content of oil. Does it happen, that the roller breaks, it only need to be put together again. No harm done on the product.
My thoughts: I have been thinking about buying a face roller for quite a while now but never did it since I felt they were unnecessary and way too expensive. Before opening this box I was wondering. Should I stop getting these boxes?
I have been getting them for more than 2 years and it usually have both hits and misses.By now I got A LOT of products that I haven’t used, and some of the items are getting a little repetitive. I haven’t gotten the same product twice though, but by now I have a drawer of tanning products that I fear I will never use. Nonetheless, this jade roller made me decide. I’m staying. And at the moment, I am very happy about that.
Applying: Pretty easy to use, even though it is hard only doing upwards, so I just miiight have used it as I pleased. But isn’t that the beauty of skincare products? 😉
Feel: Feels super calming and nice especially when it is cooled off. Has a calming and relaxing effect.
Packaging: Comes in a small pouch, but the design of the roller itself is pretty standard for a jade roller. I like the jade part but brass is not really my style.
Scent: Smells… cold?
Labels: No labels to see here, but it is also not a creme or anything the like, so I guess it makes sense there is not many labels.
Ingredients: Jade stone and brass.
Claims: I don’t see any tightening or toning but that might just be because I haven’t used it for that long. Nonetheless the tightening/toning and minimize pores I’m not sure if I truly believe, it just seems a bit too good you know. It is definitely easy and relaxing, and is great at de-puffing my eye area while stimulate blood circulation.
Price: 350DKK- 47 EURO- 55,5 USD
Will I use it again: Yup, and somehow my boyfriend ended up stealing it because that cooling, relaxing feeling is so great. I can vouch for both of us that if you need something relaxing, calming and cooling, this is perfect.
Masque Me Up – Hemp Sheet Mask

Their words:
Relaxing, organic and vegan sheet-mask. It is packed with a serum that contains natural, hydrating and regenerating ingredients from hemp seeds, which has a nourishing effect on the skin. Put the mask on a clean fact, and let work in 15-20 minutes. Massage the excess product into the skin, maybe with the help of a mind roller.
My thoughts: Ooooh! Masque Me Up usually excites me, because their products always works as intended. The heel mask we got last time, is one of my favourites and I hope this one too knocks it out of the park. Especially since I looooove face masks.
Applying: Easy to apply but had way too much product. Sat where it should without me having pull it up or having to sit 100% still for 20 minutes. I did squeeze quite some of the product out though- and I don’t regret it.
Feel: Felt cooling and relaxing on my face. I was a bit sad that I put it on before my shower (I do that once in a while) because I really felt nice after taking it off, and I wish I could really get the true benefit of massaging the excess product into my skin. Unfortunately, I did not, and my skin “only” felt hydrated and smooth afterwards.
Packaging: This packaging is exactly like any other Masque Me Up products. Maybe I just got used to it, but I think it is very basic.
Scent: I don’t feel like it smells like that much. More like a subtle herb feeling.
Labels: Travel friendly is all it says on the back of it. On the front though: 100% certified vegan sheet.
Ingredients:
↑Glycerin: Is skin-replenishing and skin-restoring. Hydrates immensely.
↑Panthenol: great at attracting and holding moisture.

↑Centella Asiatica: Antioxidant, soothing and can improve the skin’s moisture content.
↑Cannabis Sativa Oil: supplies the skin with omega fatty acids it needs to replenish itself and strengthens the skins surface against moisture loss.
↓Fragrance: can be sensitizing.
Claims: It was definitely relaxing and hydrating and my skin felt nice and nourished afterwards.

Will I use it again: I might buy a new one but it won’t be yet since I still got so many masks just laying around.
Evoluderm – Smoothing Foot Scrub

Their words:
Get happy feet with the Evoluderm foot scrub! It works effective against rough skin without drying the skin. Volcanic stone particles combined with shea butter ensures the perfect exfoliating, that results in soft heels and feet. Use it on both dry and wet skin. Focus especially on the driest areas, and rinse with water. You get the best results by using a cream directly after.
My thoughts: Aha. A foot scrub. I think I still have one that I never used up, so I hope I will get to use this one at least.
Applying: This scrub is very gentle. Easy to squeeze out and applies pretty evenly since the consistency of the product is very smooth and thin.
Feel: Feels good when using, but I don’t really feel any WOW effect after use. My feet were softer but not anything mind blowing.
Packaging: Nothing with this packaging truly sparks joy. The colour is nice, but nothing too exciting.
Scent: I guess the scent I smell is the shea butter but I don’t really know…
Labels: Nothing to see here.
Ingredients:
↑Glycerin: Is skin-replenishing and skin-restoring. Hydrates immensely.
↑Butyrospermum parkii: Shea butter. Has smoothing properties, is a rich source of antioxidants and has skin-replenishing fatty acids. Especially great in products designed to improve dry skin.
↑Panthenol: great at attracting and holding moisture.
→Pumice: I truly don’t know if this is good or bad. This is the rock particles that scrub the feet. It is seen as abrasive, which is literally what it is supposed to do in this product. The feeling I get, is that it can be too rough on the skin if it is used alone, or in too big pieces. Nonetheless, in a foot scrub I don’t feel it is so bad, but I would refrain from using it on my face.
↓ Fragrance: can be sensitizing.
↓Linalool: this is a fragrant component made of lavender and coriander, and can therefore be a potent skin sensitizer.
↓ Hexyl cinnamal: A fragrance. Jasmine-like and is also a skin sensitizer.
Claims: Does scrub and gives softer feet, but I don’t feel like it is that great.
Price: 59DKK – 8 EURO – 9,5 USD
Will I use it again: I think it will go on my “guest shelf” in the shower.
Seraphine Botanicals – Sugar + Lemon Moisturizing Lip Buffer

Their words:
Even if our lips gets hydrated from all the water we drink, and the ice cream we eat, sorry, not sorry, it is still a good idea to show them some extra love.
Seraphine Botanicals lip buffer contains a mix of sugar crystals with a rich, nourishing ointment base that carefully exfoliates and buffs the lips. It is made with avocado, abricot and jojoba oils with shea and cocoa butter, which all participates with giving you soft lips. Use your index finger and carefully scrub until the crystals melts, rinse with cold water or remove with a moist napkin and feel your super soft lips.
My thoughts: This product made me super excited. I love lip products, and especially when it nourishes them. If that means I can use less time on keeping my lips chap-free I’ll do it.
Applying: Easy to apply, I just put a bit on my finger and scrubbed until the crystals melted. Which could be a long time since some of them never melted. It was simple and easy to remove.
Feel: Felt nice and very gentle when scrubbing. My lips were super soft afterwards, even though it did not remove all of my dry and chapped skin.
Packaging: I like the outer packaging that it came in more than the tube itself. The outer packaging is cute and calming, and the tube itself it pretty toothpaste like.
Scent: Smells like chewy lemon candy. Very sweet but also like it’s supposed to smell like lemon.
Labels: Vegan, no mineral oil, no parabens and no phenoxyethanol. No gluten either.
Ingredients:
↑ Butyrospermum parkii: Shea butter. Has smoothing properties, is a rich source of antioxidants and has skin-replenishing fatty acids. Especially great in products designed to improve dry skin.
↑ Glycerin: Is skin-replenishing and skin-restoring. Hydrates immensely.
↑Simmondsia Chinensis: Jojoba oil. Enhances the skin’s restorative properties. Skin soothing and is great for dry skin.
↓ Fragrance: can be sensitizing.
Claims: Does definitely give me soft lips. The exfoliation part is very gentle which I really liked.
Price: 171 DKK – 23 EURO – 27USD
Will I use it again: Yes, I will use it up at least.
Rituals – The Ritual of Ayurveda Shower Oil

Their words:
This shower oil boosts not only the skin, but also your mood!
The sweet almond oil is mild, nourishing and calming, and is said to smooth the moisture balance in the skin. Indian rose is not only good for the skin, but the aroma boosts your mood too. The oil changes to a silky-smooth foam, when it comes in contact with water. Enjoy your mood-boosting shower.
My thoughts: I have already tried this one before because I got it in a travel size. It is good and works as intended, but once again, I have a favourite shower foam, so I wont buy this one again.
Applying: Easy to apply, feels smooth and the foaming effect is seen as soon as the water comes into play.
Feel: Feels soft and nice. Very relaxing to use.
Packaging: I truly like the minimalistic design that rituals have on their products.
Scent: The scent reminds me of faint roses. Not an overpowering scent at all, just subtle and flowery.
Labels: I can see none.
Ingredients:
↑Canola oil: has great restorative and skin-soothing properties.
↑Tocopherol: a form for vitamin E. has lots of antioxidants for the body.
↑Helianthus annuus seed oil: sunflower seed oil. Helps replenish, strengthen and soothe skin. Good on dry, dehydrated or compromised skin, and can help reduce signs of stress or irritation to the skin.
↓Linalool: this is a fragrant component made of lavender and coriander, and can therefore be a potent skin sensitizer.
↓Fragrance: Well is obviously a fragrance and can therefore be sensitizing.
↓Cinnamyl Alcohol: also a fragrance though from cinnamon and balsam of Peru. Cal aggravate the skin.
↓Citronellol: another fragrance. This one from geranium, rose and other plants. Has a grassy or citrus like scent and can cause aggravation to the skin when exposed to air.
↓Butylphenyl methylpropional: another fragrance with a floral scent. Is sensitizing.
↓Limonene: a chemical form of fragrance, mostly made of citrus oils, pine trees or spices of mint. Can cause sensitivity when exposed to air, but is otherwise a strong antioxidant and can calm skin. Has penetration-enhancing effects, which is also why you should be careful with this.
↓Hexyl cinnamal: yup you guessed it. A fragrance. Jasmine-like and is also a skin sensitizer.
I do not worry that much about the fragrances though, since this is a wash off product and not something that has to stay on your skin. But still, it is A LOT of fragrance…
Claims: The feeling it gives me when using it is definitely mild and calming. The oil seems silky smooth too when coming into contact with water.
Price: 70DKK – 9,5EURO – 11USD
Will I use it again: I will use it up, but not buy a new one since I already got a favourite shower foam. It works great though. It will probably end on my guest rack, with shower products my guests can use as they please.
