This is a product that has been in my “must try” bin for very long.

I finally got to it, and I have a lot of thoughts.

Let’s get into it!

Their words:

Sweeten up your look and choose from our illuminating, nourishing shades. Enriched with jojoba oil and Community Trade marula oil and argan oil.

Lasting high-shine moisture.
Liquid lip colour
Weightless shine
Non-sticky.

My thoughts: Shiny and liquid, but without being non-sticky? Dang I hope this is true.

Applying: This gloss somehow patches on weird by settling in the dry patches on my lips. This means most of the orange colour goes straight into my dry patches. Not so ideal.

I also found that I had to reapply after eating because most of the product went off then.

Feel: It feels very smooth, non-sticky and weightless while giving me a lot of shine. Does not last that long though, since when I drink or eat I feel like most of it smears off.

Packaging: I feel like a lot of stuff is happening on this packaging so I don’t really like it that much. The applicator is okay but nothing special, and I do struggle with the little hole in the doe-foot applicator (product keeps sitting in there)

Scent: Super nice, candy-like scent.

Labels: Cruelty Free and vegan

Ingredients:
Simmondsia Chinensis seed oil: Jojoba oil. Enhances the skin’s restorative properties. Soothing and great for dry skin.
Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil: Oil Expressed from the kernels of the argan tree. Emollient and antioxidant.
Sclerocarya Birrea: Marula Oil. Non-fragrant plant oil. Is a rich source of fatty acids including palmitic and stearic acids that are good for the skin.

Linalool: Fragrant component made of lavender and coriander. Can be sensitizing.
Benzyl Salicylate: Fragrance that has a sweet, floral scent. Can cause negative reactions even in small amounts.

Claims: I can agree that it is liquid, weightless and non-sticky. The lasting effect I do not see though.

Price: 75 DKK – 10 EURO – 12 USD

Will I use it again: I don’t think so. The weird look it gives my lips is just not cute.

That is simply all for today – quick and straight to the point.

I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time!
