The topic is Makeup, and I will explain, exactly what makeup is and what to use it for!

Makeup can be a jungle to wrap your head around.
In this series we are looking closely at the different types of makeup products.

We will look at what it is & what it does.

What types exist.

If you need it & when should you use it.

Today our focus is all on Eyeshadow.

You can also watch this on my YouTube Channel.

WHAT IS AN EYESHADOW AND WHAT DOES IT DO?

Eyeshadow is a makeup product designed to add dimension and depth to your eyes making them appear larger, prettier, more open etc. It can compliment your eye colour, draw attention to your eyes and overall alter how you look – for better or worse.

WHAT TYPES EXIST?

Eyeshadow comes in just about every colour by now, and can also be found with sparkles, glitter, shimmer, shine, or just matte.

It can be found in many forms and though the most usual is powder it can also be:

  • Pencil
  • Cream
  • Liquid
  • Pigments
  • Stick
  • Crayon

DO YOU NEED IT & WHEN SHOULD YOU USE IT?

As with all other makeup you do not NEED it, but it can be a nice thing to use especially if you enjoy using and putting on makeup.

Because eyeshadow can be worn in so many ways, you got lots of possibilities to find a look that suits and compliments you.

It should be used after eye primer, but if you want to use it before or after doing your face makeup, that is up to you. Some also just wear the shadow without anything else and that is also completely viable.

If there is some type of makeup you would like explained, tell me in the comments and we will get to it.

I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time!
