Another day, another recipe. Today we are looking at something I enjoy eating when I feel like doing something extra for myself.

It is an avocado toast.

Avocado toast got really popular years ago, and I still enjoy it once in a while now, even though it is not a “craze” anymore.

So today we are looking into my four favourite ways to make avocado toast.

Avocado toast with eggs

Time: 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread – toasted.
  • ½ avocado – mashed
  • 1 egg – fried.
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Smear out the avocado on the toasted bread.
  2. Put the fried egg on top.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, or other spices you want to use.

Avocado toast with sesame seeds

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread – toasted.
  • ½ avocado – sliced.
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Smear out the cream cheese on the toasted bread.
  2. Put on the avocado slices.
  3. Drizzle with sesame seeds.

Avocado toast with fruits and berries

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread – toasted.
  • ½ avocado – mashed.
  • 5 Blueberries
  • 2 Strawberries – sliced.
  • 4 pieces of sliced oranges.

Instructions

  1. Smear out the avocado on the toasted bread.
  2. Top off with fresh sliced strawberry, blueberries, and oranges.

Avocado toast with tomatoes and basil

Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread – toasted.
  • ½ avocado – mashed.
  • 1 tomato – sliced.
  • 1 handful fresh basil – roughly chopped.
  • Cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  1. Smear out the cream cheese and then the avocado on the toasted bread.
  2. Put on the tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped basil, salt, and pepper.

I really love these and my person favorite is the one with tomato (even though I don’t really eat tomatoes.
