Thrift Flip – Panda Shirt (DIY)

Thrift Flip – Panda Shirt (DIY)

I think I have said before that I absolutely love DIY’s and being creative.

Be it clothing, décor or accessories, I really enjoy having something to do with my hands, and I enjoy even more seeing the before and after, when you are done.

Last time we made DIY mugs inspired by Studio Ghibli (you can find that here if you want to watch it_

Today we are going into the clothes department and making a panda shirt.

DIY Mugs

DIY Mugs

DIY’s, how great they are. If you are feeling crafty and want to be creative there is almost always a DIY or craft for you to do.

Today I am in my crafty corner and decided to do something easy. We have some clear white mugs laying around that we never use, so I chose to dig them out from wherever they were and draw on them to create some cute mugs.

I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time ❤

Homemade lip scrub

Homemade lip scrub

Ever feel like your lips need a little love and tenderness? Well you can give them some, and it’s cheap and incredible easy 😊

I gathered 5 different homemade recipes for lip scrubs, and they are all ready for you to choose from.
All five recipes are great for exfoliating and creating blood flow in your lips. Just take a little from the jar and rub it on your lips, then wash it off with warm water.
Which one you want to make is entirely up to you.
They can last up to 3 weeks stored in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight 😊

Bullet journaling part 5

Bullet journaling part 5

Welcome back for another exciting part of my bullet journal journey!

Today we will look at some health and exercise pages in my bullet journal.

We have some health challenges, that are actually different 30 days challenges, that I’d like to try. I tried not to make them too hard, because then they are harder to keep doing (at least for me) but they will still make me feel awesome and cool afterwards.

Then we got the alfabeth workout. Which is the last two sides of my slide. They have been made, so that every letter in the alfabeth equals some type of short workout. Normally I was told that you try to go through all the alfabeth, and see how far you’d come, but I like making my things a little different.
That’s why you see some different. well. affirmations i guess, at the pages. I like to make a sentence to encourage and motivate myself, and then do the workout equal to all the letters. That way I feel even better about my hard but rewarding workout

That’s all for this time and I hope some of you were inspired to do some of these too! Next time will be the last one of my bullet journaling parts, so I hope you enjoyed the journey so far.
And for why I haven’t shown you every month? Well every month looks like the one I made for January except they have different type of washi tape on them. And the mood tracker is also the same for every month. (if you don’t remember how that looked, you can find it here )

I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time 🙂

Xoxo ❤

Bullet journaling part 4

Bullet journaling part 4

So today is part four of our bullet journaling series, and I have a lot to show you!

This time we will look at three things.

First is Level 10 life. Wich is a way to “track” how your life is doing in 10 different aspects. The goal is to reach level 10 in all categories. Underneath the “wheel” is the subjects that I aspire to reach level 10 in. And with them are some ideas, how to reach it.

Second is my wishlist and the gifts I’m going to give. This makes space for writing down and keeping track on what I really want, and the ideas I have for my loved ones presents.

Lastly for this time, is my travel diary. The different country flags have been drawn (well ag good as I was able to) and beside is a comment on when I was there, which city and what country is is. Some of them is not written, but that is simply because I do not remember the exact dates for when it was (or the exact city names)

That’s all for this time, and I’ll se you to the next bullet journaling part.

I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time! 🙂
