Well hello there you beautiful people!
December 21 I put up a post on my blog named:looking back at the year – thoughts, goals and hopes for 2020.
In there I talked about how the year went, and I set some goals for the new year. Today, I really want to sit down, and talk to you about how I am doing with these so-called goals.

This week I am just popping in here to remind you of a earlier post that is very close to my heart
That is: How to love yourself
So if you haven’t read that one yet, go read it now! 😉
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time ❤
It may come as no surprise, but I- just like many other people – get sudden cravings for chocolate once in a while.
Some people get them once a blue moon and others have them all the time.
When I get my chocolate cravings- which luckily I do not often get – I tend to OVERDO it. I just end up eating 20kg chocolate (maybe a little exaggeration but you get what I mean)

I have always had a really bad habit; eating when I am bored… or happy…or sad… Actually, I would just grab something to eat anytime I could.
It was never like a big meal or anything, just constant snacks. When I watched television, I would eat something, while doing homework I would eat too, and who doesn’t need a snack when you are with your friends too. Basically, anytime it is possible, I felt like eating something.
I have been combatting this for quite some years now, especially since I get sick if I do not eat often enough.
That is why it has just been easier to never stop eating… of course that didn’t work out well, and I ended up putting on a bit of weight and overall just feeling more tired (obviously it is NOT healthy to eat whenever possible, so I have tried a lot of things, to stop this from happening)

This is not the first time I have talked about running on my blog, I know 😉
Today we will look at running nonetheless, since it is so fast, easy and convenient.
I myself do not run a lot. I run 3km once or twice per week, and that is just the right amount for me.
Usually I put on some music (some upbeat cool music that makes me energized and makes me feel like a superb individual), and I fantasize – not in a creepy way, more like I make up scenarios or make my own movies in my head. That makes the time go 100 times faster and makes it all fun.
Continue reading “Why running is the best exercise you can do.”
Not many people I know do mental exercise daily, or weekly for that matter.
So today I want to shine light on a topic I’ve had going before: mental exercise and the benefits of them.
If you are also interested in knowing more, you can read the full post from last year here
I hope you all have a happy life, one day at a time!
