- 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce
- 3 spoons of chocolate ice cream
- A little ice cream and chocolate sauce for decorating

We all know those days where your mood is just… not helpful. Feeling cranky, mad or sad often leads to overeating, or stress eating- especially for me. I tend to reach for the easiest, most sugar filled, or fa(s)t food I can get.
