Today I feel really bad, so I want to share with you what I do to make myself smile and feel better. I know we all can have a bad day-that’s just how life is- so this is a list that (hopefully) will be able to help you feel better, just as it helps me. 🙂

  1. Wear comfy clothes
  2. Drink tea – some tea, like chamomile and lavender, is great to relax your head and body
  3. Read a good book
  4. Take a walk
  5. Write down your negative thoughts and replace them with positive one
  6. Dancing and singing out loud makes you get some of the energy and rage out in a non-damaging way
  7. Watch a funny or amazing video ( I love looking at auditions of amazing singers and entertainers like Chè chesterman, Louisa Johnson, Calum Scott, Harrison Craig, Ricky K and last but not least Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi): You can watch them here:

  8. Take a hot shower
  9. Colour in a colour book
  10. Talk with a friend
  11. Pamper yourself a little
  12. Dress up – sometimes looking good makes you feel better too (I’m a fan of red lipstick when I need a boost)
  13. Stretch
  14. Hug someone- just spread the looooove :*
