Today I feel really bad, so I want to share with you what I do to make myself smile and feel better. I know we all can have a bad day-that’s just how life is- so this is a list that (hopefully) will be able to help you feel better, just as it helps me. 🙂
- Wear comfy clothes
- Drink tea – some tea, like chamomile and lavender, is great to relax your head and body
- Read a good book
- Take a walk
- Write down your negative thoughts and replace them with positive one
- Dancing and singing out loud makes you get some of the energy and rage out in a non-damaging way
- Watch a funny or amazing video ( I love looking at auditions of amazing singers and entertainers like Chè chesterman, Louisa Johnson, Calum Scott, Harrison Craig, Ricky K and last but not least Yanis Marshall, Arnaud and Mehdi): You can watch them here:

- Talk with a friend
- Pamper yourself a little
- Dress up – sometimes looking good makes you feel better too (I’m a fan of red lipstick when I need a boost)
- Stretch
- Hug someone- just spread the looooove :*
