Banana cake

 

Hello again everyone 🙂

I’m at my boyfriend’s place right now and he (as the wonderful man he is) got the amazing idea to make a banana cake and I just had to share it with you! (I’m sorry btw that there’s no picture of it… Someone began eating it before I could take a picture :’) )

INGREDIENTS (makes 1 cake):

• 3 eggs
• 170g sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
• 125g white flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100g melted, cooled butter
• 1 mashed banana

 

HOW TO:

1. Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar until it is airy
2. Mix white flour and baking powder and turn it carefully into the dough together with the melted, cooled butter
3. Mix the mashed banana into the dough
4. Pour the dough into a cake form and bake the cake in the bottom of the oven
5. Bake for 55 minutes at 175
6. Take out of oven, let cool and enjoy! 🙂
